Bonnie Lane Home is located in a beautiful City of Brookfield neighborhood, with large mature trees, nearby trail systems, established woodlands and wetland areas. Bonnie Lane Home promotes exploration of independence through daily activities, skill development, and community integration opportunities for the men and women who reside here.

Doherty Home is located in the quiet countryside of Watertown, overlooking acres of beautiful wildlife. The staff promote relationship building and positive self-image through in-house activities and community outings for the gentlemen whom reside here. Doherty Home provides a supportive and therapeutic environment, enabling each person to reach their fullest potential for independent living. Country living at its best!

Downing Home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in the city of Waukesha. It is located on a beautiful wooded property with a backyard patio that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Downing Home provides the men and women living here a comfortable, safe home in a structured environment, allowing for skill development through daily activities, proactive approaches and community integration opportunities.

Bradford Home is located in a lovely residential neighborhood in the city of Hartland.  Its location provides access to miles of walking trails, which is a favorite activity for the ladies living here. The trails also grant them wonderful access to their community and helps them feel a connection to it. Bradford Home provides a comfortable and safe home within a structured environment. Proactive approaches that are used consistently give each person opportunities to improve their self-image, succeed with daily living skills, learn appropriate ways to interact with others and participate in their community.

Hanson House is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Dousman. It's located just seven miles south of the city of Oconomowoc and right off the Glacial Drumlin bike and walking trails. Hanson House provides therapeutic programming, resulting in a safe and caring environment that promotes meaningful and purposeful lives.

Lang Home is nestled in a beautifully wooded lot in the City of Oconomowoc where the wildlife like to make appearances on the back deck. The ladies at Lang enjoy time relaxing in the gazebo or on the patio playing a game or enjoying nature. They also like to work on skill development, with a focus on social skills and activities of daily living, promoting improvement in self-image and relationship building.

Margaret Ruth is in Oconomowoc. Margaret Ruth seeks to provide the ladies and gentlemen with the opportunity to live, learn, and succeed in a safe and supportive environment. Everyone seems to enjoy walks through the neighborhood and by the near-by lake.

Riverline is located in a sprawling residential neighborhood in the City of Oconomowoc. The men and women who live at Riverline have formed relationships with the neighbors, but most notably, their pets. At any given time, you will see someone during a walk offering cuddles or inquiring about someone's fur baby. Riverline promotes independent skill development through daily activities, social skill enhancement activities, and community integration opportunities.

Stepping Stone is located in a residential neighborhood in the City of Oconomowoc. The home provides men and women a comfortable and safe home in a structured setting. Stepping Stone is geared towards our aging PWS population and the approaches used are tailored to the unique needs of this group. The men and women living at Stepping Stone are afforded similar activities that allows them to succeed with daily living skills and participate in the community.

Richard is located in the village of Dousman, neighboring two of our other PWH programs. Richard Home helps promote independence by encouraging decision making and self-advocacy. For special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) the residents make food choices from approved options, helping them build decision-making skills while staying within their dietary plan. The gentleman that reside at Richard Home enjoy listening to music, playing games, walking outside and joking around with staff.

Burke is located in the village of Dousman, neighboring two of our other PWH programs. Burke Home helps promote independence by holding monthly House Meetings where the ladies help make decisions about house guidelines, activities and outings The ladies that reside at Burke Home enjoy taking walks around the area, sitting outside when the weather is nice, doing puzzles and crafts.
