National Director of Admissions and Advocacy


Marguerite Rupnow has been in the human services field and with ORP since 1987, working extensively with children and adults. She was involved in children’s programming for 8 years, and for 7+ years worked with dually-diagnosed adults. In 2002, Marguerite assumed the Director of Operations position with Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc and in early 2018 she took the new position as National Director of Admissions and Advocacy. 

Marguerite has over 30 years of management experience. She is involved in the development of program, group home, leadership and staff training. In 2015, she was elected to the Board of Directors of PWSA-USA, and she sits on the PWSA-USA Professional Provider Board and a number of committees that support PWSA-USA mission.

Marguerite holds a Master of Business Administration with concentration in Health Care Administration/Management from Concordia University of Wisconsin. She lives in the area with her husband and two sons and enjoys reading, crating, gardening, camping and being a soccer mom..
