Group Home Coordinator for Andrew Home, Hanson House, & Margaret Ruth Home

Martha began her employment with PWHO as a Residential Counselor at Margaret Ruth group home in August of 2003. In July of 2005, she took on the responsibility of Assistant Manager at Margaret Ruth, and was promoted to Group Home Manager in June of 2006. In June of 2008, Martha was promoted to Program Coordinator. She oversees three PWHO homes. Martha continues to make a difference in the lives of our residents and enjoys the new responsibilities she has taken on.
Martha graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. In September of 2008, Martha decided to go back to school to get her Master’s degree in Counseling. She is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. All of Martha’s education and work experience serve her well in problem solving with each resident. She is a valuable asset in helping figure out the best treatment for each of the residents and their individual needs. She enjoys using humor and getting to know each of the residents on a personal level.

Martha, her husband and two kids live in the Waukesha area where she grew up. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing volley ball and working towards her goal of getting her master’s degree.
