On Sunday November 8, 2009 hundreds of athletes from around the area participated in this years Special Olympics Regional Bowling Tournament. The event was held at the AMF Bowlero Lanes in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Twenty Four athletes from Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc took part in this event and enjoyed competing against other individuals and friends. Out of the twenty four athletes, eleven placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd qualifying them for the State Bowling Competition that will be held on December 5th. One resident from Prader-Willi Homes was given the honor to recite the Special Olympic Oath at the opening ceremonies. All participants did a great job. Good Luck at State!
