2009 PWSA-WI Luau

On April 18th over 120 people gathered at the Oconomowoc Residential Program’s Corporate Center Gym for the 2009 PWSA-WI Hobby Day Luau. Surrounded by parrots, Hawaiian flowers, grass skirts, and palm trees, those in attendance had the opportunity to show off their creative abilities by making four different craft projects. These projects included making Hawaiian leis and bracelets, decorating a picture frame, and making a Hawaiian banner. Individuals were also given the opportunity to get a festive picture taken of them for the frame that they created. After a healthy lunch everyone danced the afternoon away to some of their favorite songs including the Limbo, the Locomotion, and YMCA. From the smiles that were seen, the laughter that was heard, and the wonderful comments made by those in attendance, we can declare this years Hobby Day Luau an absolute success. We look forward to seeing everyone next year!!!
