Marsha began working for PWHO in June 2006. She became the Program Manager for Stepping Stone in July of 2006 and then moved to Bradford Home in January of 2009. 

Marsha  achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a minor in Sociology. While living in La Crosse, Marsha began working with adults with developmental disabilities and fell in love with the field. After a tour from ODTC came through her father’s firehouse in Milwaukee, he immediately called her to tell her he found a new job for her that he felt she would love; Marsha applied and thus began her career at PWHO.“Each day is different from the one before it. The residents constantly keep me on my toes and keep me laughing. Although we have our harder days, to be able to see such great improvements in each and every resident makes it all worth the while.”
