It’s a passion they show in everything they do from caring for the residents to driving advances in Prader-Willi treatment. Marguerite Rupnow-Director of Operations

Marguerite Rupnow has been in the human services field and with Oconomowoc Residential Programs since 1987.

Jackie Mallow - Director of Admissions & Consultative Services

Jackie Mallow has worked in a residential setting since 1985. She has worked directly with children and adults who have been dually diagnosed. She has extensive training, experience, and education in the areas of behavior/crisis management, and program/staff development.

Susan Morris, B.S.W, C.S.W. - Clinical Services Director

Susan Morris holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a major in Social Work and a minor in Sociology.

Rose Worden - Clinical Services Assistant Director

Rose Worden joined ODTC in 1978 and has worked with individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome since that time. Rose has always considered it a privilege to work with Prader-Willi clients, both children and adults, as well as their families.

Melanie Ignatowski - Admissions Coordinator

Melanie Ignatowski came to Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in 2002 as a Residential Counselor at Gatehouse.

Mark Hohenwald, C.S.W. - Clinical Coordinator for Hanson House

Mark Hohenwald, C.S.W., had worked for Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center (sister company to PWHO) for 30 years.

Mallorie Garace, M.S.W - Clinical Coordinator for Andrew Home & Bradford Home

Mallorie Gerace joined Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in 2009 with experience serving adults, adolescents, and children with an array of special needs.

Kim Tula, B.S. - Clinical Coordinator for Gatehouse

Kim Tula B.S., has worked in a residential setting since 1990. She initially joined the ODTC team, and worked with adults and children that have been dually diagnosed.

Angela Gall, B.S.W- Clinical Coordinator for Lang Home & Stepping Stone

Angela came to PWHO in September of 2006, and from August of 2007 to December of 2008, Angela managed Doherty Home. It was then that she accepted her current role as a Clinical Coordinator with the PWHO Clinical Services Department.

April Tiedtke, Clinical Coordinator for Doherty Home

April moved to Wisconsin in 2001 with her husband and three children. In May of 2008, April joined the team at Lang Home as a Residential Counselor.

Judy Wolter - Group Home Coordinator for Anthony Home, Lang Home & Doherty Home

Judy Wolter began working with individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome in 1999.

Martha Terry- Group Home Coordinator for Andrew Home, Hanson House, & Margaret Ruth Home

Martha Terry began her employment with PWHO as a Residential Counselor at Margaret Ruth group home in August of 2003.

Hollie Ballard - Group Home Coordinator for Gatehouse, Stepping Stone & Bradford Home

Hollie Ballard began her ORP career at Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center (ODTC) in October of 2001 as a Residential Counselor.

Lizabeth Moser, MSW,LCSW-Psychotherapist

Lizabeth Moser has been with Oconomowoc Residential Programs (ODTC and PWHO) since 1989.

Theresa Wendt RN, MSN, FNP-BC- Health & Community Medical Services Coordinator

Theresa came to Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in May 2011, and took on the role of being the organizations first Nurse Practitioner.

Peggy Burns- Registered Dietician

Peggy Burns came to Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in 2009 as the Registered Dietitian. Peggy has been a registered dietitian for over 20 years.

Nancy Coats - Group Home Manager for Andrew Home

Nancy was born and raised in southern Indiana and moved to Wisconsin in 1998 with her husband and children.

Marsha Fox- Assistant Group Home Manager for Andrew Home

Marsha began working for PWHO in June of 2006 as the Assistant Manager of Stepping Stone and within a few months, was promoted to Manager.

Steve Steffen - Group Home Manager for Anthony Home

Steve Steffen began his employment with Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in September of 2008 as a fill in staff member for all of the PWHO homes; with his primary location being at Doherty Home.

Jay Bouchonville - Assistant Manager for Anthony Home

Jay became part of the Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc family in July of 2008 where he started as a Residential Counselor at Hanson House.

Jessica Roberts-Group Home Manager for Bradford Home

Jessica joined the Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc family in August of 2008 as a Residential Counselor at Stepping Stone.

Heather Becker- Assistant Manager for Bradford Home

Heather Becker came to Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in November of 2009, as a Residential Counselor at Bradford Home.

Jamie Milaeger, B.S. - Group Home Manager for Doherty Home

Jamie Milaeger came to Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in February of 2006 as a Residential Counselor.

Joe Kozlowski-Assistant Group Home Manager for Doherty Home

Joe earned his degree in Psychology from UW-Milwaukee. From 1989 to 1993 he worked at the original Gate house, Hanson house, and the Center before PWHO separated from ODTC and became its own company.

Sarah Bresnehan, B.S. - Group Home Manager for Gatehouse

Sarah Bresenhan worked for Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc for three years as a Residential Counselor and in October of 2005 became an Assistant Manager at Gatehouse.

Laura O'Connor - Assistant Group Home Manager for Gatehouse

Laura started working for Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in May of 2008 as a Residential Counselor at Gatehouse. In November of 2010, the Assistant Manager position became available and Laura jumped at the opportunity...

Bob Wagner- Assistant Group Home Manager for Gatehouse

Bob started working for Oconomowoc Residential Program at Pantheon Industries in February 2008.

Shawn Bresnehan- Group Home Manager for Hanson House

Shawn Bresnehan was born and raised in the Oconomowoc area. Shortly after graduating from Oconomowoc High School in 2003, he began working as a residential counselor at Margaret Ruth home.

Mike Bertsch - Assistant Group Home Manager for Hanson House

Mike came to Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in August of 2007 as a Residential Counselor at Hanson House. In April of 2011, Mike was offered the Assistant Manager position and he was happy to accept.

Kelly Dettmann - Group Home Manager for Lang Home

Kelly began working for Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in September of 2002. Over the years she has had the opportunity to support individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome as a Residential Counselor, Assistant Manager, and Group Home Manager.

Alysa Walesewicz - Assistant Manager for Lang Home

Alysa was born and raised in Oconomowoc and graduated from Oconomowoc High School. She had been looking for a company in which she can grow and give her upmost attention to and heard about Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc from a friend.

Lauran Baumann, B.A. - Group Home Manager for Margaret Ruth

Laura joined the PWHO team in November 2006 as a Residential Counselor at Stepping Stone. She then accepted the position as the Anthony Home Assistant Manager in August of 2007.

Ashley Hookstead - Assistant Group Home Manager for Margaret Ruth

Ashley came to Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in October of 2009, as a Residential Counselor for Stepping Stone. Ashley transferred to Margaret Ruth Home in October 2010.

Kelly Gibbons - Group Home Manager for Stepping Stone

Kelly joined the PWHO team in July of 2005 working at Andrew Home as a Residential Counselor. In March of 2009, she became the Assistant Group Home Manager transferring to Stepping Stone in mid 2010.

Kristina Lumby B.S. - Assistant Group Home Manager for Stepping Stone

Kristina came to PWHO in December of 2008 as a Residential Counselor at Stepping Stone. Immediately she felt a strong sense of belonging and knew this is where she wanted to be. In November of 2010, Kristina was offered the Assistant Manager position and she was thrilled to accept.

Linda Wiggins - PWHO Project Manager

Linda Wiggins has been working with people who have been diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome since 1989.

Jayne Gierach, A.D. - Executive Administrative Assistant

Jayne Gierach began her career with Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc in 1999 as a Residential Counselor at Hanson House.
